Butternut Squash, Mushrooms and Caramelized Onions Crepe – Instructions

An explosion of flavours will fill up your mouth. The creaminess of the filling will make you think you’re eating pure silk. You’ll beg for more!

As a Chef’s Special, It comes with mixed green leaves, Mushroom creamy sauce and balsamic reduction.

A walnut béchamel, combined with button and porcini mushrooms. A crunchy breadcrumb topping with a hint of parsley.

It comes in wooden trays of 2 or 3 portions

  • 2 portions: circa 850gr
  • 3 portions: circa 1150gr

INSRUCTIONS FOR REHEATING:

Unwrap the tin tray, dispose of the film in the general waste bin. Remove the green leaves and preheat the oven @160°C. Put the tray in for 10/15 min, until piping hot.

THIS DISH IS FREEZABLE, JUST REMEMBER TO TAKE IT OUT OF THE FREEZER AND PUT IT IN THE REFRIGERATOR THE NIGHT BEFORE.

HOW TO DISPOSE OF THE PACKAGING:

This dish packaging is made of tin foil and cling film. Both to be disposed of in the GENERAL WASTE bin.
