Walnut and Mushrooms Creamy Lasagna – Instructions

A different combination of flavours for an unusual, yet scrumptious, lasagna.

A walnut béchamel, combined with button and porcini mushrooms. A crunchy breadcrumb topping with a hint of parsley.

It comes in wooden trays of 2 or 3 portions

  • 2 portions: circa 850gr
  • 3 portions: circa 1150gr

HOW TO REHEAT YOUR LASAGNA:

Just unwrap you lasagna and put it directly in your oven to reheat it! Just pay attention the wooden tray do not touch any of the hot element of your oven! You can also reuse the wooden trays more than once before disposing of it in your green waste bin!

Preheat oven @160°C and put the lasagna in for about 15 min or until piping hot.

THIS DISH IS FREEZABLE. JUST TAKE THIS LASAGNA OUT OF THE FREEZER AND PUT IT IN THE FRIDGE THE NIGHT BEFORE.

HOW TO DISPOSE OF THE PACKAGING:

This dish is wrapped up with a film that must be disposed of in the generic waste. The wooden tray is 100% Compostable and you can dispose of it in your GREEN WASTE BIN
